Little People Flow (6-13 yr olds)
Starting Yoga at a young age has many benefits. helping kids to become more in tune with their body, managing emotions and finding their calm. Yoga helps create calm, happy little minds and bodies.
Yin Yoga
A practice that offers tremendous space for rest and renewal. Yin yoga encourages tissue resiliency, improves joint mobility, and helps reduce stress from daily life. You will find yourself in specific shapes held for longer periods of time than other practices. The practice allows you to slow down and turn inwards which helps elevate stress and restore energy level.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is about balancing the body and mind. “Ha” represents the sun and “tha” represents the moon, the practice of Hatha yoga aims to join, yoke, or balance these two energies, connecting your mind, body and soul. Suitable for all levels.
Pilates
A class based on alignment, breathing and centering with an emphasis on challenging core muscles with each movement. Safely sculpt your body and feel increased agility in your everyday movement.
Vinyasa Flow
Flowing with breath awareness whilst engaging the muscles to create heat in the body, purifying and rinsing the digestive system, creating more flexibility and space in the body. Suitable for all levels.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
Meditation
These meditation classes are taken with a fully qualified meditation teacher with the Australian center of meditation and mindfulness. Meditation is a technique used for thousands of years to develop an awareness of the present moment. It may involve learning and using practices to sharpen focus, connect to the body and breath, develop and acceptance of difficult emotions, and it can even alter consciousness. Mantra Meditation, Sound meditation, visualization, meditation for anxiety, meditation for chakras, and Buddhist mindfulness are just a few that will be taught in these classes.
Strong Flow
A slightly more dynamic practice linking breath and movement through a creative series of postures helping you to cultivate strength and build heat within the body to shift stagnant energy from within. Modifications are offered to support you in this style.
